My cousin was 17 years old at the wrong place and wrong time along with 3 possible 4 other guys. A man was murdered and my cousin was given 45 years for something he didn’t do. A murder weapon was not located and the co defendant told the judge my cousin Shameen Coker had nothing to do with the crime. He still sat. Now he is 38 years old, with one son and granddaughter. It’s time for him to come home. He is an amazing person and he wants to make a difference in the youth. Please take in consideration to help our family bring him home Bc he never got a chance at life. He’s done his time to society especially for a crime that he did not do. I believe in second chances and Shameen has not had that at all. Being a child charge with adult charges is hard. I couldn’t imagine losing a child to something like this. I guarantee when released, Shameen will make a difference in this world. He will make a difference in people lives. We just need the right person to say okay, I will help get to the bottom of this because it’s hurting our family. 20 years in prison being innocent is cruel. His mother is aging and she needs him. The family needs him. His grand needs him. This has been a challenging ride but when there is a will there is a way.
