Hi my name is Mya and I attend a school in Henry County  school and I realized my school hasn’t did any appreciation for Black History Month or Hispanic Heritage Month. I really want the history appreciated and taught more cause I feel like if we can learn about the history of white europeans and everything we should educate our school more on the troubles and the oppression that we have faced. Everyone I go to school with most likely grew up in the suburbs and walked around with  their white Privilege belittling us black people and as far as the hispanic students that attend this school they need just a much appreciation as well ! I wanna get this changed people have been silenced for so many years and if I have the chance to break that silence just starting in one school building I will. PLEASE SIGN !!!!!!!!
