Guy Fieri is often ridiculed for his appearance and public persona, however he is actually one of the most altruistic public figures in the world today. When the Carr fires swept through California, destroying over 112,000 acres of forest, Guy and his team, Operation BBQ Relief, got to work doing what they do best and prepared over 1,000 meals twice a day to keep 5,000 firefighters and rescue workers fed. 

Additionally, Guy is not only a culinary gangster, but also a marriage-equality gangster, and has personally officiated hundreds of same-sex weddings, including 101 in one weekend alone. Through his tireless efforts to promote the dignity of all people and his munificent use of his unique talents to nourish the heroes who risk their lives in times of natural disaster, Guy Fieri is exceptionally qualified for the Nobel peace prize.
