Tell the Planning Commission NO on Fast Food/24-hour operations

The proposed Core Properties development on West Broad Street should be denied. It does not live up to the standards established for development along that corridor. Without proffers to eliminate fast food restaurants and 24-hour operations, this proposal is a step down from the upscale, well-thought-out, high-end Greegate development.  Those of us who live behind this proposed development do not want our property values affected by a development that is a step down in quality.  This is the gateway into Henrico County from Goochland.  The last thing we want is to introduce our county with fast food and a gas station.   There is a reason the County has limited fast food to east of Pouncey Tract Road.   We are asking you to deny this rezoning as proposed.
