Maximum penalties for Wendy Cobb if found guilty for crimes against animals

According to 14 News, WFIE television station of Henderson KY, a woman named Wendy Cobb was arrested after allegedly leaving a two-month-old puppy who was sick with parvo, in subzero temperatures. The puppy died soon after being rescued. Her children lived in deplorable conditions as did other animals within the home. The animals had to be removed by Henderson Humane Society.
Neighbors are troubled by the kind of cruelty that this woman allegedly inflicted on the dog named Miracle. It was informed that the Humane Society of Henderson pressed charges on Wendy Cobb.
