This is the next Amazon fulfillment center on damneck harpers and the new road on the middle called Amazon. The building is 650,000sqf (guessing biggest building in vb). Estimated 1000 cars. 100’s of 18 wheelers per day. Not to mention it will cause an increase risk for flooding, traffic and noise/air pollution issues. 

This is an unconditional site plan. Meaning once approved they can do whatever They want? Next to neighborhoods? I’ve never heard of such special approval???
