The Black Path is a 300 year old pathway, located in Roseberry Commons, closed by Newbridge College/Dominican Order.
Without due regard to local residents, church goers, students, the general public and the generations of people who have used this right of way for over 300 years Newbridge College have erected permanent steel barriers at the entrances to the pathway known locally as 'The Black Path'
We are looking for as much public support as possible to have this pathway re-opened. A petition is being organised and we are also asking people to email Newbridge college and their local representatives directly to demand the re-opening of this pathway for the enjoyment of future generations.
Please support us by signing this petition and emailing Newbridge College at: email@example.com and your local representatives on Kildare County Council at any or all of the email addresses listed below;
