Korey D Rabion was wrongly convicted for 2 counts of Negligent Homicide and Sentenced 95yrs. Korey Rabion have served 5yrs going on 6yrs 2022. There's an article about the accident but from my opinion it doesn't add up. In the article it says the deceased driver was distracted, however it doesn't says exactly how he was distracted. I personally talked to Mr. Rabion and he stated that, the other man driving the vehicle was distracted by receiving oral sex, the article states nothing saying why or how the man was distracted when he had a female passenger riding with him as well. Now anyone knows if you're driving and distracted by something, wouldn't your passenger notice and say something while you aren't paying attention?
