In Queens, New York, the high demands for a New York City house leads to unaffordable housing, which causes people to live in poverty. While some may argue that the prices of New York City homes are reasonable because many people want to purchase a house in New York, there are still homeless people living out on the streets. An example is that homeless women face many struggles due to lack of housing. In order to solve this dilemma, we suggest creating more affordable houses and homeless shelters. This is imperative because it will make our community a better place.
