Jim Georgevich has been a teacher in the Randolph county area for the past 20+ years dedicating his career to the NC education system, but now he finds himself losing his home and his property for less than half the current market value. The DOT has recently condemned his home so that they can complete construction of the Toyota Megasite in Liberty,NC. This has left him with 90 days to pack up his entire property and try and find a suitable replacement for his home. However he and his wife find themselves unable to do so due to the rapid increase in house prices and interest rates over the past year. Please help us raise awareness on their behalf by signing this petition. We believe the DOT has the power and ability to make things right and give them the actual market value for their home.
