Liverpool City Council is taking YADA to court over some awnings and the use of our own properry. If they successfully win in court YADA could be fined up to $110,000. Not to mention legal costs on top of that.  If fines are imposed it will close the charity down!!

As a rate payer of Liverpool Council I think it is abhorrent that my rates money is paying for this legal challenge. Please sign this petition to put pressure on the council to stop these proceedings.
