The staggering number of animal cruelty incidents recorded every day is only the tip of the iceberg—the vast majority of cases go unreported. Animal abuse has a long history of the abuse of animals, it can come in a form of improper confinement, currently, 31 states have laws forbidding the confinement of animals in automobiles under harmful conditions (such as heat) or protecting individuals who break into vehicles to rescue an animal believed to be under stress. The failure to provide food, water, shelter, and exercise for an animal in extended confinement is another sort of improper confinement that is considered animal abuse. 

Animal fighting is a brutal behavior in which two or more animals are pitted against each other for the sake of entertainment. Onlookers frequently gamble during the battles. There are several sorts of fighting, but dogfighting and cockfighting, which employs roosters, are two of the most common. 

The worst abuse any animal should not ever go through is animal experimentation. Animal experimentation is the practice of testing the viability and safety of medications and cosmetics on animals. Though there has been a rise in regulations regulating or prohibiting the use of animals in aesthetic research, it is still common practice in medical trials. 

These are the types of abuse animals go through and there is more if we don't stop it. Every minute, an animal that needs shelter, food, and most importantly, they need love. Humans don't deserve any animals because sometimes, we are not to be trusted.
