we live in leetonia outside of Hibbing Minnesota. A company has recently bought a old wear house outside of our neighborhood.  They have torn the wear house down and they are now looking at building a tire shredder. The city and state is letting them do it meaning the loud noise of it and everything else that goes along with it. We are looking for help to stop this from going forward.
