Low cost housing should be retained for the people who live there. Every possible site for luxury or high rise accommodation does not need to be used for this. Retain our heritage and leave people on the peace of their own homes.

Please no more inappropriate development in our beautiful leafy eastern suburbs! That beautiful old jacaranda would be at least 50 years old. This must stop. We are losing our history! Not to mention these tenants losing their homes.

I'm sick of overdevelopment and irreversible changes to our tree lined leafy suburbs. It's too much.

I’m signing because we need established gardens and trees which take decades to mature. These older style apartments are spacious and low level. The design and maturity of these residences will provide affordable, liveable housing in Camberwell. We need to remember why these residences were designed like this. Please don’t destroy our heritage homes and gardens. People need space and green gardens to enjoy.

I’m concerned for all the lovely trees and established gardens making beautiful affordable heritage housing for many people in this area.

The development is too large for a quiet residential street, with inadequate parking and opposite Woolworths exit

I live in the Hassett estate, this development is not necessary and not in character of the area.
