I am a regular shopper/visitor at the Preston Market. It is not only important for Preston residents but to the wider Northern suburb communities due to its historical connection in the area. Save the Preston Market. It is very much a cultural icon for Preston/Melbourne

Markets serve the community by having variety and cheap food. Producers are able to sell their produce without middlemen

I want to assist in SAVING PRESTON MARKET and it cannot be about politics. It MUST BE about all political parties working TOGETHER WITH COMMUNITY to PRESERVE Culture and Heritage of the area.

Preston has long been a pivotal part of my life ever since I went to Latrobe University 1973-1977- ten from the time I resided in Northcote and Kingsbury 1978-1993. I have gone out of my way to shop there ever since whenever I am in the area.
Preston Market is unique and needs to be preserved.
It is an essential part of the broader Oreston/Northcote Community-
