The Mont Albert and Surrey Hills Traders are severely impacted by the Level Crossing Removal Project and we need your support.
We are faced with:
- limited parking for customers and staff
- difficult pedestrian access
- ongoing road closures and disruptions
- no meaningful consultation
- no transparency
- stress and anxiety
- job losses
- potential business closures
- lack of understanding, compassion or care
With still much worse to come in 2023.
The LXRP is a government authority that clearly has no understanding of small business.
They have completely failed to work with us and respond to our concerns.
We need the LXRP to take urgent action to address the financial hardships caused by this project.
We are determined to save every business in the Mont Albert and Surrey Hills shopping villages.
