Working in a retail environment is hard enough at the best of times with some customers. The pandemic has taken this to a whole other level. We receive daily threats and aggravation from customers whom feel that mask are too inconvenient to wear them. We now have customers claiming that they can not wear masks due to these medical conditions. Stores national management teams will not back up there employees on this matter. We have to fight daily to keep ourselves save from this virus where our only other choice is to loss our jobs and what little income we make. We need peoples help! We need documentation for anyone coming in claiming the can not wear a face covering due to a medical condition. This document does not need to state what conditions this person has as to protect their privacy but it should be made on a official letter head from a doctor stating aka “John Smith” is unable to wear any kind of face covering due to a medical condition. Please lobby Dr Bonnie Henry to make all medical exceptions to require and letter from a doctor. Please help make our jobs safe again!
