Plastic is one of the highest contributors to pollution on our beloved planet earth <3. In just the U.S. alone, it is predicted that 500 million straws are used each day. Most of that ends up in landfills and can take up to 450 years to fully decompose. About 800 different marine species are affected by plastic straws, and at least 100,000 marine mammals die every year as a result of that. A change is necessary. Reduce plastic straw use.
