During the holidays I wanted to practice my netball shooting and play matches but I couldn't because schools were closed. I then realized that we don't have a netball court here in Tzaneen but we have a tennis, soccer and basketball but not netball. I realizeed that I might not be the only girl wanting to have a safe place to practice the sport I love or even play friendly matches with others who love it too. That is why I started this petition to raise attention for all netball lovers so we can practice and come together and play matches. In my search I also discovered that there is an existing netball court next to the basketball courts but without netball poles, lines and not safe and clean. I would love to ask the municipality and the council of Tzaneen if they would take that into consideration for all netball lovers here in Tzaneen.
