Proposition W passed with 62% to fund universal free City College of San Francisco. Mayor and Board of Supervisors don't divert funding for free City College, don't betray San Franciscans.

City College is an important part of our city in order to sustain a healthy population. We need Education to be free and accessible for all. This measure won the popular vote and I will make sure that this is followed through along with many others. Please consider the health of our city's population when you make this decision.

We voted and Proposition W won with 62% of the vote. What is the problem with you that you think you don't have to implement it--the people have spoken. Do not divert this $.
