The developers of 3431 St. Clair Ave. E. and city planners want to put the parking garage access for 257 cars onto Elfreda Blvd.  This would increase traffic infiltration into the Danforth Gardens Neighbourhood. 

We the undersigned, support the posting of a "Right Turn Only" sign for the parking garage exit, a right curving garage driveway, a traffic barrier to discourage left turns and a new traffic light at the intersection of Elfreda Blvd. and St. Clair Ave. E. 

This plan would direct vehicles from the new development onto St. Clair Ave., preventing traffic infiltration and congestion on our roads, school routes, intersections and access points.
