Luci is 13 years old, he had custody with his dad and was cutting him self and depressed. When his mother’s side of the family got into contact with him. Luci had told them that his dad was beating him as well as sexually assaulting  him. His mother Rachel filed a police report immediately and got temporary custody. on Tuesday, April 12 luci was to be sent back to his dads custody and the case was dropped because of lack of proof. Luci claims he speaks up to people at school and no one listens. The guardian of Litem Amy Lord (406 203 1539) decides where Luci stays.
