We want to lower Australia's voting age to include the voice of Australian youth in our democracy. We seek to push parliament to create legislation that allows people aged 16 and 17 to be able to vote in Australian elections, though as not all youth are active participants in Australian politics we seek to make it so that it is non-compulsory for Australian youth to vote.
