Llandilo Fruit Market have been told by Penrith Council to close part of the shop due to being outside renovation restrictions to their store, which means most of their stock would have to go. I genuinely believe they meant no harm done or would jeopardise their own store, after selling fresh produce for the past 35 years.

This should not be happening especially during such difficult times. This will impact communities and families both directly and indirectly.

It should be a time to come together and support each other & not partially close local grocers down. I understand the Council may be doing their job but can we please reconsider how the business can continue to fully run for the sake of families and communities.

We're sad if we can't get some of my father's favourite foods. He is 74 and prefers this store over the larger ones.

My heart goes out to the family/owners of the store - they have a future to build just like everyone of us. Please help them by signing this petition to keep them fully operational continuing to sell their products as they have been doing so in the past. It's a wonderful store with amazing fresh produce ♡
