Hello. My brother is a current federal inmate house at Forrest City Arkansas Medium facility. He has been eligible to transfer to a low security prison based on the points that he has. When he put in the transfer, they told him due to overcrowding in prisons both federal and state, all transfers are being denied. But however, if the counselors and case managers their at Forrest City Medium federal institution would do their job, they can update his file and give him his points and be released immediately to come home. Our mother has stage 4 cancer and cries everyday because she is afraid that she won't get to see her son free before she dies. All it takes is for his Case Manager to give him his points....THATS ALL IT TAKES!!! Please help me get my brother home to our mother.
