I have been trying to get a toxicology report for my dad A Military vet by authorities in Multnomah County, Oregon after evidence and suspicion of negligence, and abuse possibly led to my father's death quicker. He was under the care of his caregiver that was his family member, and his advanced care directive that was a close family member as well. I have reached out to authorities in Oregon as well as the medical examiner with enough evidence to start a criminal and civil investigation. I have been dismissed by all of them with my concerns and proof of abuse/negligence. Now the mortuary has been contacted to have my father's body cremated. Other Illegal activities have taken place as well by persons stated above by illegally using my father's finances and other assets even before his death. My father was a Veteran of the United States of America and deserves justice if in fact he was aided to his death quicker. I am asking anyone reading to understand my concerns and sign/share this petition in hopes of being able to obtain a toxicology report or an autopsy to confirm the real cause of his death before the cremation takes place. I am doing this in an effort to not only get justice for my father who perished already but to help stop this kind of tragedy from happening to anyone else because it can happen to anyone please help make a change.
