Hotdogdr is a small dog resue in Los Brazos, 20 minutes from Cabarete, 45 minutes from Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic.

Our mission is to help protect street dogs in need, of which there are an overwhelming amount. In the DR spaying and neutering is not a priority and pet food is not plentiful.

There are no laws to protect these animals and they are often abused, suffer from disease and illness and are discarded. Dog fighting is not illegal and it happens every day.

Litters of puppies are dumped and left to fend for themselves.

Hotdogdr has stepped up and are raising funds through art to try and tackle this sad and overwhelming situation.
