I have two cats and I dont have enough money to get one of them neutered. Ciel, my male cat, has become more aggressive because of it. Few  days ago he ran away and came back bloody. He ran again and he hasn’t returned ever since, it has been two days. When he comes back I hope to get him neutered right away. I am a high school student with no job so please help me. It would mean the world if you could even donate a dollar.
