My name is travis, i happen to be legally blind and visually impaired.

The purpose and hope for this petition is to address a problem that has been a problem for 31 years 31 years ago the americans with disabilities act was put into place to stomp out discrimination against people with disabilities and help them be able to work and have employment unfortunately the americans with disabilities act fails to protect guide dogs even though guide dogs by law are permitted into public places thousands of blind individuals with guide dogs everyday are refused entry into businesses and restaurants even uber and Lyft and bolt refuse guide dogs the americans with disabilities act needs to be changed and it needs to be made a felony for restaurants and other businesses and uber and Lyft and bolt  to refuse guide dogs.
