I currently live in the city of Burleson, TX. There is an old outdated livestock ordnance that classifies pet pot belly or mini pigs as livestock. Mini pigs are not raised, housed, treated or used for the purpose of livestock. They are pets. 

Our family has had our Mini Pig Buttercup for 7 years. She is part of our family. Mini  Pigs are highly intelligent and bond with their family’s. Removing her from her home would cause extreme stress on her, myself, husband and  our 3 children. She is neutered and also house trained to use a doggy dog to go outside when needed. She is also an ESA for my veteran husband and myself.
