To The European Union, The United Nations, International Relief Funds, and the Presidents of all Nations who are willing to provide support and relief to Lebanon for the August 4, 2020 Explosion, 

We, the citizens of Lebanon, ask the head of nations and organizations to refrain from providing relief funds for the reconstruction and development of Beirut through the corrupt Lebanese government as this will fuel the ramping corruption, fraud, bribery, embezzlement, cheating, abuse of authority, mishandling of public money that has undermined our citizenship. Instead, we ask for the help to be provided directly to ethical NGOs, like the ones listed below, that have been doing phenomenal work to assist the people in need. We, the people of Lebanon perceive the state to be our enemy, an inept state apparatus that cannot efficiently fulfill its functions.

This is a defining moment in the history of our country and we stand united against the old corrupt era, to rebuild the Lebanon that we dream of on solid foundations and patriotic values.
