I have a good friend that owns 5 dogs, two of them are elderly dachshunds that he has owned for quite some time. My friend loves his dogs and treats them as if they are family. Unfortunately, a neighbor recently made an anonymous call to the city citing an ordinance that only allows 3 dogs within city limits. My friend is heartbroken at the thought of re-homing his babies and the two dogs would be devastated. Please help us reach the City of Salem, Virginia by signing this petition. Hopefully, with enough signatures we can get the city to compromise and maybe charge a fee for having any additional dogs beyond the original three.
