Please sign below to show your full support of community water fluoridation (CWF) in all municipal Brevard County water supplies at the optimal level of 0.7 ppm. By signing below, you also attest that allowing optimal levels of fluoride in community water is proven to be safe and effective. You also agree that CWF not linked to ADHD, Autism, Thyroid Disorders, Acne, Skeletal Fluorosis, Neurotoxicity, Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Heavy Metal Poisoning, lowered IQ or any other major systemic diseases.
