This company named Big muscles nutrition, (which is advertised by Ranvir Singh) claims that they have 24 gram protein per scoop (i.e. of 30 gram), and on the lab test report we found that there is only 27gram protein in per 100 gm.

This is completely the matter of misstatement in the prospectus ( Any inclusion or omission of any matter which is likely to mislead will also be considered as a misstatement (sec. 34). ), along with that this is cheating with the customers.

This shall not be acceptable by all of us, and the law we respect and abide by.

Companies act,c 2017 has provisions for the mis-statement in prospectus.

I want the company to be held liable.
