The spitting on the roads has to stop. From school kids to senior citizens all the people spit on the roads and curbs. People spit in traffic signals sitting on their bike or sitting inside inside their car bus or truck.

How can a pedestrian walk without worrying  and checking constantly?

How are the kids supposed to play on streets without the parents worrying about hygiene?

Aren't there supposed to be any rule for this? 

Kindly help me in raising voice and maintain hygiene in and around our surroundings.
