I belong to a backward area. In my area their are not much health facilities are present. And no more public hospitals and clinics are present so I want to take care of people who can't afford  expensive private hospitals. And they can't afford the fees of doctor so I want to help out those people.

Health can be promoted  encouraging healthful activities Such as regular physical  and adequate sleep so I want to aware people who didn't know about this.

Some factors affecting  are due to individual choices, Such as whether engaged in a High  behavior, while other are due to structural , such as whether the society is arranged in a  that makes it easier or harder to get necessary Healthcare services.

The maintenance and promotion of health is achieved through different combinations of Physical, mental and social Well_belong a combination Sometime refered to as  the health triangle.

Health promotion is as started  in the 1986 World health organization(WHO)  charter for health promotion, the process of enabling people To increase the control over, and to increase their health.

There is a tendency  some public health  official, government, and the medical industrial complex To reduce health promotion To just developing personal skills Also known as health  and social marketing Focused on changing behavioral risk factor.
