Something so small could make a massive difference!
1) We could check our pay actually matches the hours we work in a prompt manner. Often these payslips are sent to the wrong location and not checked for months, making follow up/pay disputes more difficult to rectify.
2) We would have an electronic record of our payslips that could be easily accessible at any time/easily forwarded on for correction via email.
3) Saving the environment from unnecessary printing and COSTS of printing/mailing our payslips. For example, there are approximately 1500+ hospital doctors working in WA health... printing and mail costs every week are approximately $1.50 per doctor- over the course of the year thats $39 per person, and over the course of the year for 1500 doctors that $58,500 i.e. someones salary!!
Lets bring HCN into the 21st century and ask for our payslips to be emailed to our Global email address!
