My request to pmo India and health ministry of India  that they immediately release the order to remove the new nursing officer vacancy rules( 80% female candidates and only 20%male candidates) and provide equality to all male and female nurses because these rules are aganist the rules of Indian Constitution of gender equality. This is aganist the artical 16 of Indian Constitution. 

This is soo horable for male nures s future and health infrastructure of India. 

This rules create a big unemployment in male nurses and due to this rules and unemploymentancy male nurses are goes into mental depression and so many mental disorder. 

Due to this rule some male nurses do sucide because they don't have another work skills then how they fulfill the essential things of routine life. So my request to indian government that they immediately solve our problems and reform all old rules of all Aiims  nursing officer vacancy.
