I want to submit my petition (Related to 73 years old dispute in Kashmir) to the Head of the States in the world, the United Nations Security Council, Amnesty International, Humanitarian Organizations of the world, Prime Ministers of India, Pakistan, Two-part of Kashmir affiliated with Pakistan and India, and the general public of the world to whom it may it reach. 

I want to realize to the world that Kashmir is a burning point on the map of the world which can trigger off any time between two Atomic Powers; Pakistan and India. How dangerous is that situation, the whole world should realize?
