Exemption of end of year exams for rotations that have not been failed.  The aim of the suggestions is to advantage EVERYONE in the class. We are trying to reduce workload so that everyone can have the space, time and mental capacity to engage with the exams as we suggested, in their fullest capacity. Nobody's marks would decrease with this system, but instead it would give everyone a chance to do better because the option to go back and write if they want to improve their marks despite having exempted would still be there. If anyone feels as though they'd be disadvantaged by this proposal, can they please dm any of the reps and in a confidential manner their issues will be discussed to see how we can resolve it.
