Christine Selwains started this petition to HE Bishop Tadros

There is an undercurrent pushing for reform within our Sydney diocese. Do you believe this is a movement of the Holy Spirit? This reform is vital in order to reverse the collateral damage the incompetency of bishop Daniel's administration of  leadership has contributed over the last 20 years. Instead of keeping the priests divided and stubborn, we have offered reconciliations in forms of standardising the liturgy and Sunday school programs. We are asking that our leaderships work together for the benefit of the wider community and not only in the narrow interests of a few.

Would you like an opportunity to affect change in this direction toward reforms? If so, please let us know by signing this petition and then share it among others if you are convicted. We thank you in advance for showing solidarity to this movement holding tight our orthodox beliefs and convictions while asking that the Coptic (Egyptian) Orthodox church assimilates into mainstream Australian culture of honest values and work ethic. That is how we best believe to honour our great faith and heritage.

Therefore, we are seeking to support the honourable Mr. Nick Kaldas who is leading this reform by representing strong accountability to the priesthood as a layperson. That is, he represents us the congregation and voices our ideals. Would you like to use this opportunity to show your support for Mr Kaldas?
