HDFC Bank - Stop fooling your customers in the name of Classic Customer Programme!!

HDFC Bank is looting you and you probably don't even know. Even if you know, you can't do anything about it.
In the name of Classic Customer programme fee, they charge Rs 115 per quarter and you are automatically enrolled in this programme. It works through Opt-Out mechanism and not Opt-In.
And in order to Opt-out, you have to check your email titled "HDFC Bank Combined Email Statement". But here's the funny part, if you click on the link and choose to exit the programme, then the server throws an error. I have tried this several times but have been getting the same message.
This is perhaps the biggest fraud by HDFC Bank in the recent years as we should have been asked to Opt-In for this program rather than Opt-Out before levying the fees. Please check if you have also been affected by this fraud committed by HDFC bank in the name of "Classic Customer". PS: There is nothing Classy about this program, no additional benefits that I have actually leveraged.
