My daughter was dress-coded at Middle school. I did think it was ridiculous because she looked fine, but I was upset because my daughter was embarrassed. Other children were there with leggings on, shorts up to their bottom, and some of the jeans were so tight, they could have been leggings. I feel like it was much more of a distraction pulling all of these pre-teen girls into the spotlight for what they were wearing instead of just letting them enjoy their last day of school.
