After watching the Game of Thrones Series Finale in shock and horror as Jon Snow was exiled and Bran ‘the Broken’ became King of the Iron Throne, we decided to file a $10,000 lawsuit against HBO for the Defective Product they call Game of Thrones.

Click here to view the lawsuit for $10,000 against HBO.

We were really inspired by “Dylan D.” and his petition on entitled Remake Game of Thrones Season 8 with competent writers. With over 1.5M signatures and counting, we know that we’re not the only ones that know that Season 7 and Season 8 of Game of Thrones is defective. And the Series Finale was a disaster… a complete farce.

We filed a lawsuit today in Santa Monica, California, where we live and we hope that this lawsuit gets traction. We’re currently exploring whether we can start a Class Action in Civil Court in Los Angeles County, because the viewers of this show feel (nearly unanimously) that Season 7 and Season 8 were Frauds, and at the very least Season 8’s Finale was actually Fraud, pure and simple.

We feel there are claims Fraud, Conspiracy to Commit Fraud, Emotional Distress, Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress, Defective Product, and more. Here are the major defects in the Game of Thrones Finale:

Bran Stark. Bran was the confirmed Three-Eyed Raven, and should not be the King, as he’s stated numerous times. DEFECT.
Ayra Stark. Arya just reunited with her family, and should not be sailing around the world (to discover America?). DEFECT.
Jon Snow / Aegon Targaryen. Jon is the King of the North by popularity via the lords of the North, and through bloodline the true heir to the Iron Throne. He should not have been exiled. DEFECT.

In order to settle this upcoming lawsuit, and possible Class Action lawsuit, the GOT viewers demand either their prorated subscriptions back for the entire Game of Thrones series, or as a proposed settlement, the remake of at least of Season 8’s Finale with new writers that properly develop and wrap up this storyline.

As Dylan D. rightly stated: “David Benioff and D.B. Weiss have proven themselves to be woefully incompetent writers when they have no source material (i.e. the books) to fall back on. This series deserves a final season that makes sense. Subvert my expectations and make it happen, HBO!” I can’t agree more.

The last two seasons were broken, and the Series Finale was a Defective Product, and HBO, David Benioff and D.B. Weiss must have known this the whole time, while collecting the various HBO subscriptions from honest, hardworking viewers… for 8 years now. We want our money and time back.
