The Volcano skatepark has been locked to certain people mainly skaters .Someone is able to open it on Sundays for farmers market only or other events.The skatepark needs repairs some say liability is an issue yet at least three other skatepark s are open on the island none of them are closed.It seems to be a circle of red tape and certain people against opening it to our youth.I would like to get enough people to sign this and perhaps set up a protest on Sundays.I would love to work with the  ones responsible for closing it when the time comes.At this point it seems like a waste of time do I think protesting and petitioning may work.
