Lower Puna still has lava locked residents who need access to their homes and properties.  Opening Pohoiki Rd, Highway 137 (from 4 Corners to Pohoiki) and Lighthouse Rd will allow these residents access to begin their recovery. Also, Highway 137 will give better access to the boat ramp at Pohoiki when it gets reopened. Our fishermen need their livelihoods restored desperately.

Our community has suffered greatly and we are still suffering. We feel our voices are not being heard and want to present a louder voice to our County officials with this petition. We need these roads opened as soon as the FEMA funding is approved.
