La Muerte, aka Chico, has been the face of the Charlotte Football Club fan base since before the team's name, or colors were even known.  We've all seen his "face" all over Charlotte, on billboards, the light rail... On basically everything promoting the club during this and prior to the inaugural season.

La Muerte represents us, the CLTFC supporters and fans in our entirety and has devoted so much of his time and effort to the establishment of the culture of this club, which is why I am creating this petition to submit to Tepper Sports and Entertainment.  Chico's coronation would be sort of a coronation of all the CLTFC fans and supporters who have put so much into making this inaugural season as special as possible.  We love this team, we love our brothers and sisters who support it.  And we are looking forward to the future this club has ahead of it.  But La Muerte being crowned at the last game of the season, I believe is the best way to celebrate a successful year one, in the most appropriate way possible.
