How well he had a heartattack, and the paramedics got to him as quick as they possibly could. Some of his neighbours knew cpr so they performed this on him. But I firmly believe had a defibrillator been available to them chances are he'd of made a full recovery.

Housing associations are happy to put people over the age of 50 in flats, bungalows etc and are happy to take people's money. Nelc is happy to spend money on whatever suits them. I want to raise awareness that defibrillators are not accessible to the residents in these areas and they should have defibrillators as a priority.
