Imagine going to school at UC Santa Barbara, one of the most beautiful campuses in the world, with views of the ocean, yet your room has no windows. The conversation about Munger Hall should end there, yet UCSB is building it. 

A 98 year old billionaire should have no say on 19 year old college students lives. Lets see him live in the model room for 9 months and then I'll agree to it being built.

I, for one, didn't mind having a roommate. For most people, the only time in your life that you will live in the same room as another is college. Its really not that bad, and you learn how to respect others and be an adult.
