There has been many many inactive members of national guard starting with high command. The O's. There are a few O's that are never on as National Guard and holding the spot so others cannot advance. They occasionally come in about once a month for about 5 minutes to boss us around then leave. If we want National Guard to be successful we need to have active Command members. National Guard will burn if it is not fixed. It has been complained about many times with no success of change therefor i bring you this petition to get it fixed once and for all. We need to fix people from getting unjustly demoted and promoted due to favoritism and likes. They should be promoted based on what theyve done and not what they arent doing. We have seen people go from E-2 to O-1 in a matter of minutes and that should never be happening. Even if they can bring something to national guard, doesnt mean they need to be NCO's. Especially when they havent DONE SHIT.
